Well.. i've been thinking these days if its ok to color someone's line art instead of my art? Cause our scanner broke and we dont have enough money to let it fix.

But, its ok to color others art as long as u have permission to the artist right?
Im not a good at coloring.. i dont have talent on making my art glow.. But it would be nice to follow tutorials here at deviant art. Its like heaven of arts here
